At Robert Goddard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase, which is why we offer a straightforward 14-day return policy for all online orders. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Package Your Items

  Place the items you wish to return back into their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials and brand tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Complete the Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, clearly marking the reason for your return and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the provided pre-paid return shipping label to the outside of your parcel, making sure to cover or remove any original delivery barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to your nearest authorized courier point and retain your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
